International Alert, in partnership with Getty Images and Panos Pictures, are organising the photographic exhibition Media & Modern Conflict: A role for peace to mark World Press Freedom Day (3rd May).
The exhibition kicks off and runs from 1st to 5th May, featured are a collection of images of hope and humanity during times of conflict from some of the world’s most respected photographers, including Sean Smith (The Guardian),

Over the past few days I’ve been posting gorgeous photographs with the title: Seriously Jaw Dropping Photography. As promised here comes the big reveal of the person responsible, his name is Larry Louie a Canadian photographer. Larry was awarded the a Highly Commended place in the ‘One Shot: Special Places / Amazing Faces’ Category of the 2007 Travel Photography of the year competition.
